Welcome to my site. I’m Amy Bishop, a sassy marketer working in research and strategy for Epsilon in San Francisco. I focus on the convergence of marketing, branding and customer experience — developing strategies to help my client, Google, build customer loyalty for high-priority products and services.
My passions for writing and research have crashed head-on with my love of business strategy and marketing. At Epsilon, I lead audience research and strategic planning for our Google account including work on products like Google Home, Chromecast and Google Express.
My digital research capabilities include content audits, competitive gap analysis, brand messaging audits, audience analysis, customer experience mapping and media analysis.
In my previous role at Relevance, I led the development of strategic integrated marketing frameworks for enterprise clients including Intuit, Intel, Rackspace, Macy’s and L’Oreal to improve lead acquisition.
